RedString partners with Hello Theory to introduce a new way of saying 'thank you'

The Challenge

In the summer of 2015, RedString approached UP Agency to help them launch an immersive online presence for their new closing gift program. Working together, our goal was to translate the accessible and luxury appeal of high end closing gifts for real estate agents.

Disrupt the gifting market and change the way people give thanks

UP Agency and RedString partnered to redesign and re-platform their entire web presence as well launch an immersive online social media campaign and targeted landing pages. Designed just a year earlier, their site was complicated and slow; the flexibility to adjust content and meet the expectations of the savvy digital buyer was now a necessity. Moreover, it was not responsive, and a new user experience that matched the passion of the new product was paramount.

With the intention to disrupt the gifting industry and changing the way people give thanks, RedString and UP Agency aimed at delivering more transparency and committed to raising awareness, funding, and volunteerism for Habitat for Humanity across Canada.

As part of his Digital Road Map, UP Agency refined RedString’s corporate identity and streamlined their digital footprint for a relaunch. Including optimizing web pages for search engines, creating an eCommerce platform, design a digital identity, content marketing creation and collateral design.
