The Challenge

The Ritz-Carlton has brought its signature luxury hotel and an upscale dining experience to guests worldwide across its 90+ locations. But in today’s increasingly competitive landscape, The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto needed to extend its premium guest experience to their new TOCA restaurant. Last year, in collaboration with TOCA and RedString, UP Agency completely built the brand’s TOCA restaurant guest-facing digital experience.

Despite its prominent position as one of the largest, most recognizable hotel brands, The Ritz-Carlton has encountered increasing competition from the growing farm-to-table movement. With the evolution of the fine dining, the brand’s main challenge was to modernize and cultivate a preference for the unique Ritz-Carlton experience while staying true to its roots and loyal guest following. In collaboration with RedString TOCA and UP Agency offered clients a truly unique dining experience.

With a immersive lifestyle photography and video, and a robust digital landing page solution, TOCA and RedString are set up to offer guests its signature hospitality before they even walk through the door. Its revitalized landing page and online content both inspire and serve guests. Results so far have surpassed expectations.
